A dance production entitled "Unraveling Together: Sometimes life feels like a dream" will be performed next month at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

It will be staged Friday and Saturday, March 7 and 8, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 9, at 2 p.m. in the Studio Theatre of the Fine Arts Center.

Tickets for the performances are $9 for adults and $5 for youths and free on the days of the performances for students with a UWSP ID. Tickets are available at the UWSP Box Office in Room 103A of the University Center or by phone at (715) 346-4100 or (800) 838-3378. Tickets also will be available at the door if the recital is not sold out in advance.

Conceived, produced and directed by Andrea Skurr, a senior music and dance major from Ripon, the show explores different facets of human experience in a world where dance and imagination meet reality. Twenty dancers play quirky characters who move through a dream-like experience. The performance portrays a wide range of emotions, at times evoking love or erupting with humor, and features a variety of dance styles, including en pointe, modern, tap, jazz, contact and ballroom.

The production is sponsored by Players, the Department of Theatre and Dance student organization.
