The College of Fine Arts and Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point will offer a weeklong summer music camp on campus for students entering grades eight through 12.

UWSP music camp offers three program choices: choral, band and jazz emphasis. Campers will attend six hours of classes during the day and a variety of social events and recitals in the evening. The camp will be held June 22-28. Participants will perform in a final concert on Saturday, June 28.

The cost is $540 and includes tuition, room, board, materials and campus activities. A commuter option of $440 is also available. Optional private music lessons will be available for an additional fee.

The application deadline is Monday, June 9, although early registration is strongly advised. A limited number of scholarships are available to qualified students.
