Christian Finnegan, a stand-up comedian, writer, and actor will be performing at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point on Friday, February 17.

Sponsored by Centertainment Productions, the performance will be held at 8 p.m. in the Encore of the Dreyfus University Center. The cost is $6 for the general public and free for students with a UWSP ID.

Finnegan, who is based in New York City, has been a part of numerous comedic shows. He currently appears as a panelist on VH1�s "Best Week Ever" and appears regularly on "The Today Show." Finnegan also performed in a special, "Comedy Central Presents: Christian Finnegan," and on Comedy Central�s "Chappelle Show."

Not only has Finnegan traveled the U.S. performing stand-up comedy shows, but he has written scripts for various shows including "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn."
