The Student Government Association (SGA) at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP) is hosting a mayoral forum on Wednesday, February 7, at 7 p.m. in Room 221 of the Noel Fine Arts Center.

At this event, each mayoral candidate will be given time for a five-minute opening statement to be followed by written questions for all the candidates. The forum will be moderated by SGA Legislative Director Andrew Janicki.

Five mayoral candidates will face off in the February 20 primary and then the two top voter recipients will then move on to the spring general election on April 3.

"It is great that the mayoral candidates will be on campus addressing student and campus issues," says SGA President Ross Cohen. "Students make up a large and unique population in Stevens Point, and there are a number of issues that matter to them."
