Curriculum

The brass area at UWSP provides a curriculum that fosters individualized attention and develops the full potential of each student. In addition to a wide breadth of course offerings, all brass majors receive weekly lessons and regularly perform in weekly studio classes. These sessions provide an opportunity for informal performance and discussion on various performance practice topics. Brass students are also able to take advantage of the numerous internationally known guest artists that visit for master classes and recitals.
