Antique songbird arrangements

Popular in 1900, illegal today.

We have always enjoyed seeing and hearing songbirds. In the last century, people viewed wildlife as an unlimited resource and saw no harm in ornamental collections. Today we protect many species internationally by banning trade in songbirds and promoting habitat diversity.
