Sponsoring a Child 

When you have chosen a child to sponsor, do the following:

1. Fill out and submit a printable form or the online form

2. Follow instructions at the bottom of the form that take you to a page called Payment Options
   or
   Go directly to Payment Options from this link.
   (That page present necessary information for you to complete the sponsorship transaction.)
