Computers for Kids and TV/Film Production precollege programs are held at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point campus which introduces college life to the kids.  Living on campus makes it very convenient to walk to class and other campus activities.  The students and counselors live in a residence hall where they have a roommate who is also in Computers for Kids or TV/Film Camp.  This arrangement provides an immediate acquaintance for the students.  Male and female students are housed on separate floors of the residence hall, and are not allowed to go on opposite floors.

UWSP is located in a small, safe community of about 25,000 residents.  The campus is large enough to offer many intellectually stimulating and enjoyable programs and events, yet small enough to make even new students feel comfortable very quickly.
