Eligibility for DPI Scholarships:
|
If
you are a student who will be entering the 6th, 7th, or 8th
grade in the fall of 2008, you are eligible to apply for the Computers
for Kids program or TV/Film Production Camp (8th & 9th grade). There are Wisconsin Department of Public
Instruction (DPI) Precollege Scholarships available to cover
the program cost of $568 or $736. You can apply for a DPI
Scholarship if
you are eligible for free or reduced school lunch and are a resident of Wisconsin.
Most programs require that you have at least a 2.00 GPA in core classes. These scholarships are
need-based, and they cover all of the program costs.
(Transportation to and from UWSP and personal spending money are not
considered program costs, and therefore, are not covered.) |
