Amanda Burg presents at the State Capital
HPW student Amanda Burg presented her poster titled “Preparing for an Influenza Pandemic: Preliminary planning and concerns on a university campus” at the Wisconsin State Capital.
Amanda’ surveyed campuses nation-wide to gain an understanding of the process and considerations taken during preliminary development of a pandemic planning on college campuses. Her findings will assist our campus as UWSP creates a pandemic plan. Amanda was assisted with her project by professors Jeff Karcher and Marty Loy.
