Program Description

The Nutrition minor consists of 19 credits.  It provides a means to enhance the food and nutritional knowledge base for students in other related fields.  A Nutrition minor may increase your marketability infields that are not health related.  Read an interview with Ka keung Ng, a business major and nutrition minor student.
