| Minimum Qualifications: | Bachelor's Degree in health field or closely related area; or Knowledge of: Public Health Education principles and practices; health promotion, material development, youth development and community development strategies; community resources. Ability to: Direct and guide individuals and community groups; meet and deal with the public; make decisions and exercise independent judgment; demonstrate professional knowledge and behavior. Skill in: Written and oral communication; computer skills with Microsoft Office. Must have own transportation for business use (e.g. for meetings, group Must have a good driving record.
