Scarborough Scholarship
This scholarship was established by Jane Jones in 1999 to honor the
memory of her aunt, Eleazer Pate Scarborough, and is awarded to Health
Promotion/Wellness majors who maintain a GPA of 3.0 or better.
Throughout her life, Scarborough was always interested in education,
particularly the education of young
women; this scholarship, awarded to a female Health Promotion/Wellness
student, is a fitting way to remember her.
