Rita Youmans Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 1995 as a wedding present to Dr. Rita Youmans, a former head of Home Economics, by her former students.  Dr. Youmans also later made significant contributions to this endowment.  Rita Youmans passed away in November 2000.  This scholarship is awarded at the discretion of HPHD faculty to outstanding Dietetics or Family & Consumer Sciences majors.
