Marlene and Dick Cable Scholarship
This scholarship was created by Marlene Cable,
a 1960 elementary education graduate, and her husband, Dick, both of
whom have a
deep interest in health and wellness. It is awarded to a junior in the
School of Health
Promotion and Human Development who has demonstrated financial need and
a GPA of 3.0 or above. Other consideration is given to the applicant’s
leadership qualities and community service involvement.
