Pre-Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists work closely with people who have been disabled by physical
illness or injury, birth defect, emotional disorders, aging, drug abuse or other
problems. Work settings include hospitals, schools and rehabilitation centers where
these professionals work as part of the health care team to facilitate therapeutic
activities that help improve patients’ everyday lives.
This option is a pre-professional degree that prepares you for admission to a graduate
school that grants the Masters of Occupational Therapy degree.
