Scott Frazier
Professor - Director of Physical Education
Courses Taught Scott Frazier is a professor of
Physical Education and serves as the Director of the
program, and does some advising within the program.
His teaching includes his specialties of assessment,
secondary methods, organization and administration, and
supervision of student teachers. He enjoys teaching the
freshman introduction class and watching the new majors
develop into mature role-models, confident in their
knowledge of teaching practices, and highly sought-after for
employment by the time they leave the program.
He is very proud of all the UWSP alumni that are
making a difference in K-12 schools across
Dr. Frazier attended He is very active in professional
development and faculty governance at UWSP.
He is currently serving as the treasurer and member
of the Executive Committee of the Wisconsin Association for
Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance.
Frazier was the 2003-4 president of WAHPERD.
On campus, he served as Vice-Chair of the Faculty
Senate and is the CPS representative to the Academic Affairs
Committee. In
2007-8, he will be working with the Rhinelander, A former long distance runner, Frazier
now enjoys biking, outside yard work and kayaking on his
stretch of the
