The goal of the Strength Fitness Center is to provide a health facility that goes beyond the standard health club regimen. Our purpose is to provide an up to date facility that is eye appealing and caters to the recreational lifter, the hardcore lifter, and athletes. The Strength Fitness Center strives to have quality service and equipment in a comfortable environment.

UWSP Strength Center Personal Training Program

Mission Statement
The goal of the UWSP Personal Training Program is to provide accurate information regarding health and fitness to clients.  The information is to be applied in a knowledgeable and respectable manner by keeping the most current facts and science in mind.  Our purpose is to accommodate to the recreational lifter, hardcore lifter, and athlete alike through certified personal trainers.  The exercises will be completed with up-to-date exercise equipment and a comfortable place in which to use it.

Interested clients can purchase personal training sessions at the Strength Center desk (HEC 038).  Confidential consultations are free and consist of meeting nationally certified personal trainer and discussing goals, completing body composition, height and weight and other fitness tests if desired.
