Artist's Narrative
The assignment was to paint an interior space using gauche paints in the more natural brown tones. This is a scene from a coffee shop, and I get a very personal "hometown feeling" every time I look at it. I'm not really a painter, but this is definitely a painting that I am proud of. This piece was done in a foundation's course taught by Susan Morrison.
