Two evaluation processes have been developed to assist Academic Staff members in gaining valuable information about their job performance.

The Annual Review, as indicted by its name, is completed each year in the Spring by one's supervisor.

The Supplemental Review is conducted at Year 2 and Year 5  and then every 5 years after that.
