Members of the 1997 Virtual Fieldtrips Working Group formulated a set of guidelines for virtual fieldtrips and made commitments for new virtual fieldtrips. The group discussed the merits of changing the name of the working group to Virtual Field Studies. The working group web forum is available for posting comments or suggestions.
