       Because I do not grade the small group assignments, some students think that
       they aren't very important and from this erroneous assumption conclude that it
       doesn't matter whether or not they spend much time thinking about the answers.
       On the contrary, small group assignments are designed to help you learn critical
       thinking skills, so your exam scores will reflect the amount of effort you put into
       these assignments.  Although I do not grade for right or wrong answers,  I won't
       give you credit if you do not answer the questions or do not make a reasonable
       attempt to answer the questions correctly.
