Analysis of landform assemblages includes an examination of landforms and surficial deposits. The two photos to the left show end moraines downslope from Sperry Glacier. The near moraines are light brown and are unvegetated. Farther downslope are more moraines, but these have some trees growing on them. You can see the trees better in the lower left photo than in the top left photo. |

| The surficial deposits map to the right shows these moraines just downslope from Sperry Glacier in dark purple. The map shows two groups of moraines, indicated by t1 and t2. Carrara & McGimsey (1988) refer to these as moraines of the older group (t2) and moraines of the younger group (t1). |
