To be honest, this sample is a chunk of a discarded bathroom fixture from when we did building remodeling a few years back. Marble is marble, however, regardless of your sample source. As commercial marble, I don't really know where this originally came from, except Science B305. This sample reacts vigorously with hydrochloric acid.
