There is no public transportation between airports
(other than from Central Wisconsin Airport) and the conference
hotel, the Holiday Inn and Convention Center in Stevens Point,
Wisconsin.
Options:
The conference hotel will provide shuttle
transportation at cost (shared by riders) between the following
airports:
Central
Wisconsin Airport (CWA), Mosinee 23 miles
Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA) is the
airport that is nearest to the conference site (23 miles).
It has connections to Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit,
Appleton, Greenbay, and Milwaukee. Commercial ground
transportation is available between CWA and the Holiday Inn
and Convention Center. However, arrangements can be made to
be picked up by the convention hotel shuttle.
Outagamie County Regional Airport (ATW), Appleton 64
miles
Dane
County Regional Airport (MSN), Madison 105 miles
The conference hotel has agreed pick up
conference participants from the airports mentioned above at
cost. In order to keep cost down, we need to coordinate
our pickups and returns. Airports that are further away
will have fewer pickup and return times. We will try our
best to coordinate with everyone's schedules. Arrivals and
Departures will arrive to and depart from the Holiday Inn
Convention Center.
If you wish to use the conference shuttle to be
picked up and/or returned to the airport please fill out the
form below as soon as you know of your travel arrangements.
It will be helpful to the organizers to have this information as
soon as possible but no later than
September 12, 2006
