2. How have you been treated by Financial Aid Office personnel?

I have been treated courteously and with respect and feel comfortable coming to the Financial Aid Office.
All is not well---some improvement in staff attitude is in order. Please comment below.

3. Did you receive your award letter in a reasonable length of time?

Considering that it takes time to process information through the government, I received my award quickly enough.
It took too long to process my application, and I think I should have received a response earlier. Describe problem below to help us focus on your situation.

4. Were your aid funds delivered to you (or to your account) quickly enough?

I received my aid funds quickly enough.
I believe I should have received my aid funds sooner. Explain below anything that would help us examine what might have caused a delay for you.
