THE TRIP TICKET

On the outside of your blue vehicle packet you will find your Trip ticket. Drivers are responsible for the completion of the trip ticket and must include the following information when returning the packet:

• Beginning and ending mileage
• Total trip miles
• Number of people on the trip
• Purpose of the trip
• Signature of the driver
• Please note any problems or defects on the trip ticket so that we can service the vehicle.

A $15.00 administrative fee will be charged to an account for the following:

• Incomplete trip ticket
• Vehicle reservation not canceled when trip is called off
• Vehicle not picked up
• Vehicle returned after the trip ticket drop-off time
