STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS

 

A Student Organization State vehicle Request Form must be filled out by any student organization in order to reserve a State vehicle. This form must be in the Transportation Office before the vehicle can be released. The form must be filled out completely and be signed by the requester, the requester’s advisor and the budget director of the Student Government Association if the organization receives SGA funding for the trip.
