MAKING A RESERVATION

Reservations can be made by phone at 346-2884 or by e-mail (transport@uwsp.edu). When you call or e-mail our office for a vehicle reservation we will need the following information:

• What type of vehicle is needed (15-passenger van, mini van, sedan or subcompact)
• Date and time of departure
• Date and time of return
• Name of the traveler
• Destination of the traveler
• Department account number
• Your telephone number

After we make your reservation you will be given a confirmation number. Your confirmation number is your assurance that a reservation has been made for you. If you should have any questions about your reservation or want to cancel, your confirmation number will aid us in identifying your reservation quickly.

We ask that you be relatively sure of your departure and return times when making a reservation. You may want to take into account that if a trip will be early in the morning, it might be more convenient to reserve the vehicle for the preceding evening.
