Dick Bartosh Environmental Health and Safety Officer - (715) 346-2320

Dick coordinates campus EHS activities including EPA, OSHA, and DOT compliance programs and training requirements. He is the Emergency Coordinator and responds to campus environmental and safety concerns. Dick reports to Jeff Karcher, Director of Safety and Loss Control.

Wendy coordinates and develops campus ergonomic outreach programs including workstation evaluations, worker education and office product purchasing guidance. In addition, she assists in the management of hazardous wastes. She also provides administrative support to the campus EHS Committee. She has worked for the department since 2001.
Sandy Palmgren, Risk Management Specialist, Safety and Loss Control - (715) 346-2618

Sandy provides administrative support to the Safety and Loss Control and EHS Departments including supervision of student office employees, budget maintenance and clerical activities. She receives and processes workers compensation claims. She has worked for the department since 2000.
