  Fire

Picture (22x22, 1.2Kb) Pull a fire alarm and EVACUATE the building.
Picture (22x22, 1.2Kb) From a safe location, call Protective Services at ext. 3456 or dial 911 with information about the fire and its location.
Picture (22x22, 1.2Kb) Persons with information regarding stranded occupants must notify responding emergency personnel.

Picture (26x26, 1.1Kb) Don't use a fire extinguisher unless you have first called Protective Services and have been trained to use it.
Picture (26x26, 1.1Kb) Before opening a door, feel if it is warm. If it is, leave it closed and find an alternate path. If you encounter smoke, stay low. Smoke and gas kill more than does fire. Should your clothes catch fire, stop, drop and roll to put it out.
Picture (26x26, 1.1Kb) If you observe staff or students not taking an alarm seriously, please encourage them to do so. It may save their life and will reduce the risks to responding emergency personnel.
