Appointments: If you think our time will take longer than 10 minutes, or there is no way open advising will work with your schedule, please either call our office, 715-346-2040, or come in to make an appointment.  Appointments cannot be made via e-mail.

Open advising is on a first-come, first-served basis.  It is available for people who have a quick question (1-10 minutes).  There is a list below of things you should bring with you for any meetings with Maggie.  Room 469 College of Professional Studies. 

Open Advising times for SPRING 2008 will be effective

January 22, 2008 through May 8, 2008.

 

Monday                        1:30 p.m.-2:45 p.m.

Tuesday                        9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

Wednesday                   9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Thursday                      9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

These times are subject to change.  Please check the website or the SOE Newsletter for changes.  Students who want to see Maggie must either come to open advising or call to make an appointment (Appointments can only be made in person or via the phone.).  She may not be available at other times.  Thank You.

What you need to bring to help the advisor assist you:

                                            

         A newly printed Degree Progress Report (All campus computer

      lab assistants can assist you.)

         All planning sheets you have received (majors, minors &

      education-Secondary/K-12 receive this when declaring your

      teaching intent )

         Professional Education Program Handbook

         Any graduation plan that has been mapped out by you or an
