HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THE SCHOOL OF EDUCATION RECEIVES MY SCORES?

It is the students responsibility to make sure the UWSP SOE Advising Office, 469 CPS, has received the scores.  The company will only send them to our office if you use 1919 for the "recipient code."  Scores received by our office are entered onto your Degree Progress Report, upper left hand corner, within 5 working days of receipt.  If you have received your scores and they are not indicated on your DPR within 5 working days, bring your original score sheet to our office and we will make a copy.  Only original score sheets are acceptable.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PILOT YEAR SCORES (2004-20005) - WHO COULD TAKE IT?  If you took this test during the pilot year (By June 2005) you had to have been a junior, a senior OR admitted to the Professional Education Program at the time that you took the test or you will be required to have passing scores prior to student teaching...It has come to our attention that some freshmen and sophomores took the test during the pilot year and they were not eligible.  We will still need a copy of your scores.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TEST TO TAKE OR WHICH CODES TO USE? You will need your Professional Education Program Handbook when you register for the test so you know which test to take.  Do not guess.  Required tests are listed on pages 20-21.

Make sure to indicate UWSP, recipient code 1919 when registering.
