| Books include author(s) or agency, year in parentheses, title (italicized), city of publication, and publisher. When giving the location of the publisher, use the city and state (postal abbreviation) if in the U.S., the city and country if outside the U.S. For some cities, it's not necessary to list the state or country, as they are major, well-known cities. These include Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Jerusalem, London, Milan, Moscow, Paris, Rome, Stockholm, Tokyo, and Vienna.
