In The Workplace by Linda Keats
Students are studying the four communication skills, and the
importance of each of these skills in the workplace.
The teacher introduces the lesson and leads the discussion.
Students then pair up and focus on certain jobs and the use of
communication skills in each job, and finally prepare a paper on a
career of their choice.
