Bio
Patty Caro has 17 years of experience working with children (ages birth through 24 years) with disabilities and their families. She has been a faculty member in special education at UWSP since 1990. She is active in community organizations focusing on families. Currently, Prof. Caro teaches in early childhood special education and she is the associate dean and head of the School of Education. Prof. Caro will be bringing groups of undergraduate students to work at the National Institute for Special Education in Namibia, Africa summer 2013 and summer 2015.
