How do I apply for a teaching license in another state?

Teacher certification requirements differ by state. Some states may require additional assessments and/or courses prior to applying for their license. The University of Kentucky College of Education provides links to the 50 states' certiciation application processes. If your out-of-state license application requires a signature, please send appropriate materials to the UWSP Office of Field Experience.

How do I apply for my Wisconsin teaching license if I completed an out-of-state program? 

You should work directly with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

How do I pursue an additional teaching license if I am already a certified teacher?

How do I renew my Wisconsin teaching license?
