RESISTING TO OBSTRUCTING A UNIVERSITY OFFICIAL

As defined in UWSP Chapter 18.10(7a)(7b):

Resisting or Obstructing a Police Officer or Public Safety - No person may knowingly resist or obstruct a university police officer while that officer is doing any act in an official capacity and with lawful authority. “Obstruct” includes without limitation knowingly giving false information or knowingly placing physical evidence with the intent to mislead a university police officer in the performance of his or her duty.
