UDS employs over 425 students making us the largest student employer on campus. Student payroll exceeds $1.3 million dollars per year and we offer a wide variety of positions at our various locations. Our facilities house a number of operations with various styles of service and a broad range of customers. Locations include: the DUC, DeBot Center, the LRC, and Catering.

Student staff can submit ideas for projects that will lead to operational and programmatic improvements in dining services. Initiatives must positively impact service delivery, food quality, and departmental level financials. Staff will be required to fully develop the project from start to finish. We have a wide-range of resources currently available, so ideas that involve basic menus, recipes, and simple updates will not suffice.

If your project is approved you will earn a $100 bonus.
