  • The Home Economics Centennial Endowment

    The Home Economics Centennial Endowment fund was created to forge bonds with distinguished professionals who will work with our students and faculty to face new challenges. Through the endowment we have made in possible for some of the best professionals in the world to form in-depth relationships with our students and faculty in family and consumer education, dietetics, and interior architecture. These special relationships enrich our students, expand our curricula, and spotlight our home economics history.

    Home Economics Giving Treee Plaque A special giving tree plaque recognizes major donors to the Home Economics Centennial Endowment in at Leadership Giving levels of Founder ($100,000+), Benefactor ($50,000+), Sponsor ($25,000+) and Partner ($10,000+).

    Home Economics Centennial Garden A Centennial Garden, located outside the southeast corner of the College of Professional Studies Building, commemorates the celebration of the Centennial of Home Economics. The garden serves as a lasting tribute to the 100-year heritage of home economics at UWSP.

    Home Economics Engraved Paving Brick The garden includes perennial flowers and grasses, a walking path and seating areas. The path is made of paving bricks engraved with the names of major donors to the Centennial Endowment Fund. Several paving bricks are still available for your honor, memorial or milestone gift.

    Improving Facilities to Enhance Pointer Athletics UW-Stevens Point Athletics contribute to the fabric of the college experience, campus-wide. Pointer Athletics impact the image of UWSP - regionally and nationally - as well as the community of Stevens Point.

    In order to showcase the success of Pointer Athletics, support the efforts of today's student-athletes and coaches, make a good "first impression" on visiting student-athletes during recruiting and offer Pointer fans and community visitors a convenient, welcoming facility the Athletics Department of the School of Health, Exercise Science and Athletics has launched a three phase campaign to improve and renovate athletic facilities.
