Renovations: 1999 - 2000
During the 1999-2000 school year, the following major renovations were completed:
HEC 146 graduates from the old wrestling room, the fitness center, and a delapidated cavern of a classroom to:
- a spiffy, technology-rich classroom with seating for 70
- a new computer lab for students

CPS 024 becomes a multipurpose classroom, combining the old function of serving as an anatomy lab and the new function of a general, "smart" classroom.

The foods lab in CPS 211 was re-born this summer into a 21st century teaching space.
- CPS Laboratory Modernization Funds also renovated the 206-8 Science Education Lab, extending the lab/classroom space into the former storage area in 208, making a separate classroom for 35 chairs. The storage was moved across the hall to the former women's locker room and lockers were moved into halls. Also the men's locker room was changed into a faculty office.
- Other classroom upgrades were: adding ceiling projector in the education methods classroom, 326 CPS, and adding ceiling projectors to small classrooms CPS 234 and 108 and upgrading the chairs in the military science classroom.
