UWSP COURSE CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Withdrawal and Refund Policy: Cancellations (before the class begins) and withdrawals (after the class begins), must be submitted to UWSP Extension. Cancellations have no fees due.

The percentage of refund due for withdrawals is based on time of notification.

Instructors are not responsible for advising UWSP Extension of student withdrawals.

All students withdrawing from classes will be assessed the following withdrawal fees:

  • Withdrawals effective the first of school will be assessed $50.00.
  • Withdrawals effective the second week of classes, will be assessed $100.00.
