Social Media Strategies to Develop Community and Customer Engagement
Students will learn how to leverage word of mouth marketing, engage brand loyalists, as well as dissatisfied customers or questioning constituents. This course will show how to develop communities focused on engagement and satisfaction. Assignments will challenge students to take full advantage of the many social media platforms available and use them to meet clearly defined goals and objectives, while defining both soft and hard returns on investment.
This class will be conducted via virtual meetings scheduled on Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m.-8 p.m. CST. The instructor will contact students with instructions for the online meetings prior to the beginning of class.
