Research in Community Nutrition
Overview of research methods in community health and nutrition for the purpose of conducting, assessing and reporting on programs and studies. Interpret analyses within the context of the study/program design, goals and objectives, in addition to the relevant research and other literature. Generate reports on these findings for various audiences (funding agency, general public, professional journal, etc.).
Prerequisite: FN 253, FN 373 and HCR 700 or FN 700, or instructor consent.
