Training Methods for Folk Style Wrestling

This course includes 12 hours of on-the-mat technique, individual skill development, and general coaching principles for all levels. All three styles will be utilized (Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco Roman). An extra project will be required for students taking 2 credits.
