Employee Assistance Program (EAP) |
Life is filled with challenge and opportunity.
How we respond to these challenges will determine
the comfort and satisfaction we have with ourselves and the world around us.
The college years have their own set of challenges.
These include learning to take responsibility for oneself, getting along with others,
getting to know who you are and what you want, and doing well in school.
The Counseling Center offers consultation and counseling
on the myriad of issues students deal with in this critical period of life.
Psychologists and counselors work with students to
explore and clarify issues and develop a plan to deal with them.
Counseling helps students learn more about themselves,
their relationship with others, and how they came to be who they are.
As a result, they can have greater academic success.
