Do I Need Counseling?

There are many reasons people decide to seek professional counseling, and the following list of signs, symptoms, and personal concerns are some of those frequently identified by students seeking help at college counseling centers. While many of the concerns on the list are experienced by all of us at some time or other, some are more serious and likely to interfere significantly with your everyday functioning or even put your safety at risk. If you are wondering whether counseling might be beneficial to you in resolving your concerns, we suggest you make an appointment to discuss the situation with one of our staff.
