One-On-One Business Counseling

SBDC Counselors teach business owners about best business practices. A counselor shares information and expertise with business owners or managers so that they can make changes. Typical counseling sessions may focus on:

 

  • Analyzing financial statements
  • Business management
  • Business planning
  • Developing personnel policies
  • Marketing planning

For recorded information on various topics call the Business Resource Line at (715) 346-4704 or 1-800-487-7389. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
