Building Trust Between Management and Employees
Course Overview:
Workshop participants will explore the history of management/union/employee relations,
identify specific problems in their companies, and work to solve typical communication
issues.
Who Should Attend:
- Employees with supervisory responsibilities.
- Employees who have recently been promoted into a supervisory role.
- Employees working toward a goal of becoming a supervisor.
- Members of self-directed work teams.
- Supervisors that have never participated in a formal managerial leadership-training
course.
