Workshop participants will explore the history of management/union/employee relations, identify specific problems in their companies, and work to solve typical communication issues.

Who Should Attend:

  • Employees with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Employees who have recently been promoted into a supervisory role.

  • Supervisors that have never participated in a formal managerial leadership-training course.
