Leadership Styles
Course Overview:
One thing above all else will inspire workers to be loyal to their supervisor. That
is supervisor awareness of their own innate tendencies for how they communicate,
make decisions, give directions and prioritize work, and how to use this awareness
to advantage. In this program, participants will be assessed for their innate preferences
on two different types of inventories, one for their personality styles, the other
for their style as a leader.
Who Should Attend:
- Employees with supervisory responsibilities.
- Employees who have recently been promoted into a supervisory role.
- Employees working toward a goal of becoming a supervisor.
- Members of self-directed work teams.
- Supervisors that have never participated in a formal managerial leadership-training
course.
Outcomes Expected:
Employees will apply this learning to their work team in order to enhance their
leadership back on the job.
